lost 7kg in 3 weeks time

my dear colleague who suffered from illness has cut 7kg weight! dunno we shall happy on this result or not! she has been admitted for about 2 weeks and rest at home for another week! we thought she can fully recover by this week and back to work! however, after few tests undertaken, she failed and has to rest for another week! really hope she get well soon!

小丑

今天参加了工司举办的常年家庭日。为了吸引更多的员工参加，主办单位准备了很多节目，例如舞台表演，小丑，摩天轮，碰碰车等等等等。 在众多的节目中，最吸引我的不是那些游戏，也不是那些免费的食物，而是引大家高兴，带给大家欢乐的小丑！他们为了讨好大家而使出了浑身解数！高脚的，矮小的，吹气球的，还有喷火的！喷火的那个环节是最令我难忘的！

小丑的责任就是把欢笑带给每一个在场的人！人们的欢笑就是他们动力的来源！多少人会在乎小丑们的心酸？在他们表演喷火的那一霎那，在场的人并不是关心小丑的安危，而是都闪的远远的！

小丑这份工作是很伟大的！他们把欢喜带给每一个人，而把痛苦留给自己；大家欢笑的背后可有感谢带给大家欢笑的小丑？

Discharging...

just received a simple sms from my colleague who was sick... a simple sms that really make everyone happy! she informed us that she can be discharged today! hurray! what a good news for us and for herself and her little baby gal! even though she cant start work on coming week, we are happy to hear that she is recovering!

last 2 weeks were really nightmare for her, and for us too! a small sickness became such a big one! the most critical one is she being informed that her kidney has pus! and she cant undergo operations but depends on medicine only! nomatter how, she is recovering, really happy to hear it!

Property investment

a lot of ppl told me that to have early retirement, investment in property market from now, then my wish will come true.

at the beginning, i dun really believe in it. after a few months looking at examples, i started to believe. rich ppl get richer and poor one remains poor... know why? it is basically because those rich one get their money roll and roll and roll many times! for example, when a rich guy place booking for a property under-construction, its SPA price could be at RM1.0 mil. Upon completion, if the property located at prime area, its fair market value could shoot up to RM2-3 mil! if this guy doesnt want to sell this property, he could rent it out for rental. at the same time, he could seek refinancing from banks which can offer higher margin of financing with the cheapest interest rate in town. with the current competitiveness in the market, he can easily get a loan approved, which can also offer him cash-out money for other investment. this is where his excess money come from and increase in his networth!

i just visited an apartment unit located in Nilai, which selling at RM80k ++. This can be considered as a good investment, and at the con side, it can be the worst investment too! why i say so? let's see, the strongest selling point of this apartment is its location. it is located just opposite Inti Internation College Nilai, which is just walking distance to class; the weakest point of this investment also because of this college. what if this college decided to move/shift to other location? what if the students take up rate here dropped? these are the uncertainty that i need to overcome/face if i take up this investment.

however, as everyone knows, high risk high return! i shall take this up, so that i get nearer to my wish: early retirement.

Recovering...

today received my colleague's sms.... a simple sms that made all of us happy! she told us that her blood test report was out... her blood level is normal and if she has no fever in these 2 days, most probably she can be discharged this saturday! hurray! i really feel happy on her behalf! she was admitted last monday and today is Thurs! in these 11 days, most of us have been working, eating, sleeping as normal, but for her, she has experienced one of the toughest time in her life, i guess! she told me she been injected 4x in her hand just to get 10cc blood for a simple blood test! can you imagine that?

we wouldnt know what will happen on us tomorrow, even the next hour, minute or even second, thus always enjoy life to the fullest! this is one of my principle of life!

Sickness

One of my colleagues was admitted to the hospital one week ago (since 7th of April). She didnt know that she was so sick until has to stay in the hospital for so long, till now.

At the beginning, she has only urine problem, but she didnt take k of herself.. after awhile, it affected her kidney, then the virus went to other places of her body! until now, it has became serious! from just urine problem, till now, she has pus in her kidney! Oh God! she body was bloated like elephant! i really hope she will recover soon! her little daughter is waiting her at home! me as her friend, i pray hard everyday, wish her all the best and get well soon!

Dear all friends, take k of your health. dun oversee minor sickness! dun be another friend of mine, who sufferred for the toughest time in her life!
